Report Bullying/Safety Issue

EMERGENCY INCIDENTS SHOULD BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION AND/OR POLICE.

Students and/or parents/guardians are encouraged to report incidents of bullying or other school safety incidents as soon as they happen. Students or parents should contact their teacher and/or school administration to provide information about the situation.

The Limestone District School Board takes issues of bullying and school safety seriously. Click here to see more information related to the definition of bullying.

Incidents of bullying or school safety not previously reported to your school administration can be reported by completing the form below. The information provided will be forwarded to the appropriate school administration for action. The more information that you provide, the better we will be able to assist you.

Incidents may also be reported anonymously, but we do need to know where and when the incident took place, as well as the people involved, in order for school administration to investigate. If no contact information is provided, we will not be able to provide any feedback or follow-up.

Please note that if you provide contact information, in most circumstances you can expect contact within 48 hours, exincluding weekends or holidays.
